Merited Professional Videographer Accreditation
BC Professional Videographers Association Professional Member
One to three hour deposition fee: $1,000
Based on scheduled start time and the latter of the scheduled deposition end time or the actual end time.
Up to 60 minutes set-up and 30 minutes tear-down included.
Standard delivery is on 5th business day following deposition.
Full day depositions fee: $1,400
Up to 7 hours from the scheduled start time and the latter of the scheduled deposition end time or the actual end time.
Up to 60 minutes set-up and 30 minutes tear-down included.
Additional time:
add $150 per hour, based on the scheduled start time.
Weekend and holiday bookings:
Add 25% to the deposition fee for weekend and 50% for holiday bookings.
Post-Production. USB Flash Drive video copies or online access:
$100 for <3 hour depositions or $200 for full day depositions.
Standard delivery – 5 days.
Expedited Legal Video Deposition Processing (less than 5 days)
$45 per video file
Additional microphones:
$50 per microphone
4 included in standard package (1 witness, 2 attorneys, and 1 videographer)
Cancellation fees
Effective upon acceptance of booking:
More than 48 hours notice (from deposition start): 25% of deposition fee
24 hour to 48 hour notice: 50% of deposition fee
less than 24 hours notice: 75% of deposition fee
Payment terms:
Canadian Clients: Net 30 in CDN funds.
US & International clients: Payment by credit card in USD due upon receipt of invoice and is required before video release, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Hybrid Deposition via Zoom:
Broadcast only: add $100 (party not participating in deposition)
Remote participant or witness: Add $500 (includes video hardware encoder, webcast computer, and two-way audio)
